Walking

Walking is my favorite exercise. And that poses a challenge during the winter months in Minnesota.

I started looking for a good walking video, and after reading many reviews, I've found one that I really like. It's Walk the Walk:1 and 2 Mile Workouts with Leslie Sansone.

The one-mile workout is approximately 30 minutes, and the two-mile is approximately 45 minutes. Both workouts have a warm-up and cool-down.

Here are the things I like about Walk the Walk:

~Christian background music
~Reminders to praise the Lord
~No difficult dance steps or routines
~No special equipment required

I bought a tape of Leslie's a long time ago, it was good. I think I would enjoy her Christian one more.
